- Direction mediator and psychological developed and malleable : listen, support and accompaniment of people in the need, worms of the adapted solutions. Rigidity or not according to cases'.

- Availability and mobility.

- Formed with the team work, since the assistant social service evolves/moves and inquires in collaboration of numbers of services related to the social one.
